New Client Portal–Coming Soon!

We’re growing… adding new services, clients, and connections. But from the day we opened, our commitment has always been to providing exceptional customer service to every single client. That has not changed, and never will. To help streamline the flow of requests from project clients as well as Virtual Webmaster clients, we are pleased to announce our new Client Portal is underway.

The new Client Portal will replace our existing Freshbooks invoicing system, as well as add a much-needed queued ticketing request system – and much more. Through the portal, clients will be able to:

  • View and pay invoices
  • View project expenses and previous invoices
  • Submit tickets online for support or project requests (e-mail requests will still be accepted, and tickets will be automatically opened)
  • Track Virtual Webmaster used/remaining hours

On our end, we will have a powerful client management database that will allow us to have all of the details about your projects at our fingertips in one consolidated system. We will be able to view all outstanding requests in one place and not have to worry about tracking individual e-mails or conversations getting lost in the shuffle. More efficiency means faster turnaround on requests and reduced time implementing projects and support.
